Forneria Ziliani – Panetteria e Pasticceria

Although officially dating back to 1963, Forneria Ziliani Panetteria Pasticceria was founded in 1928 by its historic founder Cesare. In the 1960s, the shop passed into the hands of Ferruccio, while in the 1990s his son Carlo took over the shop and set up his own business. In 2004, together with Marino, the latter established the current bakery. Located in Monte Isola, in the province of Brescia, the business has been run by the Ziliani family for almost a century. For obvious reasons related to the age and wear and tear of the furnishings, the premises used for the business have been renovated to comply with current safety regulations and meet the ever-increasing demands of customers. Specialising in the production and sale of baked goods, bread and pastries, Ziliani has always been an essential reference point for the entire community and beyond.
