\u201cCome una volta\u201d is a project that has been created and developed in various journeys that Romina Rinaldi has made around the world: traveling, knowing and sharing with others is the spirit that has led Romina to embark on this new adventure.
\nFrom the travels came the idea of \u200b\u200bcreating a space open to collaboration and the desire to meet people and landscapes, a warm place, where you can meet just like \u201donce upon a time\u201d telling stories and learning from people. Romina has decided to renovate the old grandparents\u2019 house and open a Lombard guest house (beds available and breakfast included). The house can accommodate a maximum of 6\/8 people.
\nIt will be a particular house on an island without cars and a few steps from the port of Peschiera Maraglio; in some months of the year as well as overnight stay you can have mini-workshops on predefined weekends and we can spend pleasant evenings with traveler friends who will tell you about their travels.

\nIn addition to the workshops, you will network with the local people and companies present in the area; in this way we want to promote the knowledge of small artisans and hobbyists who still make objects by hand. Incentivate and develop KM zero, helping small businesses that in recent years still believe in family-run work. We will create excursions in order to know companies and people who created them. As for example: companies that make olive oil, we will visit the mill in Carzano, companies that make saffron, jams and small fruits, we will enter the houses and see how they make the famous sardines dried in the sun, we will see how they made nets, and other small businesses on the island.<\/p>\n
