It consists of a group of houses overlooking Carzano in the shape of a long balcony, linked to the village by a path which then leads to Olzano. Developed during the Medieval period, hidden by olive and chestnut trees and copses, the hamlet consists of typical, old houses characterized by ashlar walls, round-arch portals, small vaults on the ground floor, wooden balconies under the roof slopes, surrounding a small, old square.

Borgo di Novale

There also is a residence which used to be the summer house of bishop Marco Morosini(1645-1654). The quarter has undergone many changes and the only Medieval elements still existing are the structure, arches
and balconies.
